Strong animation skills, games industry experience and a relevant degree are required.

Experience of Character Studio and 3D Studio Max are essential.

  • An excellent knowledge of C/C++.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • A genuine enthusiasm and passion for video-games and their development.
  • Knowledge of assembler, AI, physics and advanced maths is an advantage.

All candidates invited for interview will be given a C/C++ programming test. This test lasts about an hour and is not a test on the syntax or semantics of the language; rather the candidate will be required to solve an actual programming problem. They will also be given an opportunity to justify their approach and explain how they went about solving the problem.
